Payment Processing
Our payment processing involves an authorize/capture step, which may appear as two transactions but is actually one. The preauthorization is a temporary hold on funds, and the capture is the final amount taken from your account. The final captured amount may vary from the estimated hold due to shipping costs. Any extra shipping costs will be refunded, or additional charges will be applied if over $20, in which case we will contact you.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-3 business days. If you received a shipping confirmation, your order has been dispatched. Carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain issues, customs, holidays, and increased package volumes.

Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled due to unavailability, we have issued a refund for the out-of-stock items. The refund will be reflected in your account in 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Notify us as soon as possible by phone or email if you need to make changes to your order.

I received a damaged item, what can I do?
Email us at info@tictocla.com with a photo of the damaged items and your order number. We can assist with product issues for orders placed within 2 weeks. Our goal is to ensure all items are delivered in original condition.

I am missing an item in my package.
Ensure you review your invoice. If an item is not listed, it may have been out of stock. Contact us at info@tictocla.com to verify.

I received the incorrect item!
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@tictocla.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code of the item ordered (found in your order confirmation email)
- Product name and code of the item received
- Description/photo of the incorrect item received

We apologize for any inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:
- 4th of July: We will be closed on July 4th and July 5th, and will reopen on Monday, July 8th.
