If you're waiting for tracking updates, note that carriers take up to 24 hours to update tracking information online. If you received a shipping confirmation, your package is on its way to you. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day. International orders may take longer due to customs. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 48 hours, contact our Customer Service Team at INFO@TICTOCLA.COM. Shipping time for domestic orders is 4-6 business days and for international orders is 4-15 days. Customs may hold packages for nonpayment, so please research and calculate any duties and customs fees before international purchases. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once your parcel has shipped.

Why haven’t I received an order or shipping confirmation?
Check your spam folder for the email. Mark us as safe to avoid missing future emails. If you still can't find it, contact us to resend the confirmation.

How can I change my shipping address?
Please provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we will not resend the order at our expense. If your package is in transit, use the tracking number to make changes. If your order has not shipped, contact us to update the address.

Why am I being charged extra for shipping?
We preauthorize your credit card for the order amount plus estimated shipping. The temporary charge will be corrected with the final shipping cost. Allow up to two weeks for shipping refunds.

Can you combine my orders?
No shipping consolidation is available. Each order is processed and packaged separately.

Can you expedite my order?
We do not recommend expedited shipments as they are costly and not guaranteed to arrive on time. We are not responsible for late deliveries outside our control.

My package didn’t arrive, what can I do?
Double-check your shipping address details when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track and receive the package. Be vigilant with your tracking number.
