1. All sales are FINAL and NOT subject to a refund. Credit or exchange may be issued if the merchandise is a factory defect.
  2. Claims for factory defect items must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise (checked by tracking the package).
  3. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be returned.
  4. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
For a return to be accepted, you must reach out to us directly first. Upon acceptance, all items must be unworn, with original tags, and free of stains and odors. We inspect all items and do not accept used, damaged, or stained items for return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for items that appear to have been worn. Include the order number in your package and keep the tracking number as we won't be able to track it for you. International returns do not include refunds for duties, taxes, and VAT.
